DANA ALBANY

Step into the world of Dana Albany, where massive metal sculptures, intricate mosaics, and bold installations come to life. Dana is a prolific San Francisco Bay Area artist who continues to produce extraordinary work. Dana has created and exhibited for Burning Man, the de Young Museum, Chatsworth House (UK), The Exploratorium, the California Academy of Sciences, Mare Island Art Studios, and more.

With a career spanning two decades, she continues to accept commissions for large-scale metalwork and mosaic entryways and murals. Based in San Francisco, she works from the Box Shop and her private art studio. She also teaches mosaic workshops at museums, Esalen, and community centers in the Bay Area. Her art practice is centered around using recycled materials, creative collaboration and community.
